Fibble Pro is a monthly or annual subscription. Here's exactly how money moves between us.
If something feels off in your first 7 days as a Fibble Pro subscriber, email us and we'll refund the latest charge. No tickets, no forms, no friction.
After 7 days you can cancel anytime from your profile and keep Pro until the end of the current billing cycle. We don't pro-rate refunds, but we never auto-charge a renewed cycle if you cancel before it starts.
Charged twice? Subscribed by accident? Currency conversion went weird? Send us the receipt and we'll fix it within one business day.
Email us with the address on your account and the approximate charge date. We'll handle the rest.
